基于计算机辅助的半抗原设计、分子动力学模拟；特异性或广谱性抗体制备、纯化、标记、生信分析；基于抗体的分析方法及其应用，如免疫分析，纸基生物传感等；食品酶制剂的定向改造。
三、主要业绩：
以第一作者身份在Biosensors and Bioelectronics，Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry，Food Chemistry和Microchimica Acta国际知名刊物上发表SCI论文7篇；获得授权专利5件，申请专利1件。
